Wahoo!!!! I finished this lovely book. House Of Ivy & Sorrow by Natalie Whipple was a " magical read."Not going to lie it did take me a little bit to get into this book but after I was in I was hooked.  Fast-paced, and full of dark magic!!! There is a small love triangle and even know Levi *spoiler* wasn't her pick I will pick him. He was an all around character and I wish he would have his own short story. Family and Friends are a big part in Josephine Hemlock life so when a magical curse is placed on a love one she try's to get to the bottom of it. With the help of friend , a few new family members  and "enemies" can she bring down this curse.

Contemporary novels at best.

Hello People...  Thought I would share some contempary novels with you ya'll. "What is a contemporary novel you say?" Don't worry I took a moment and looked up the definition. Contemporary Novel Definition- A contemporary novel is one which written in the current day, time and age. The setting and plot contained in that novel are of recent times and the themes often relate to the current situation. To me contemporary books are fiction books with things that could have happen in any day life. Most of the time contemporary have more life to them a story you could relate more to however I love my fantasy, si-fi, and dystopian novels all the same. Heres the titles of some of them i'v read and liked with there author attached and hiccup in my words about the books. Maybe One Day by Melissa Kantor - Zoe Had a big plan to become a professional dancer but when Olivia her best friend for life and Zoe get cut from the Academy things take a turn for the worst. Olivia ends up int the hospital and Zoe is not her self. A heart clinching story about two best friends with one big trial. This Is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E.Smith - Graham Larkin sends a Email to Ellie O'Neill by accident but when Ellie opens it will it changer her life. Graham a famous actor sets out to film his movie in Ellie home town so he can meet this extraordinary email girl. Funny laughable read. (Dragged on a little but I did like it). Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell - WOW!!  Very interesting, awkward, loving love story.  Red head with less and a Asian with more. The Distance Between Us by Kasie West - This one might be my favorite. Caymen Meyers  doesn't like the rich all they do is spend money. Caymen might have to change her mind when she meets Xander Spence who's "oozing rich". Caymen falls in love with one she said she would not. Xander Spence will warm your heart and leave you wanting more.  The Fault In Our Stars by John Green- Hazel Grace Lancaster a cancer patient meets a guy named Augustus Waters and her stars collide. "OKAY?" "OKAY".  " You gave me a forever within the numbered days." A great books. ( Movie comes out june 6th, 2014 ). Anna And The French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins - Accents, Paris ohh and how could I forget Etienne!! A magical love story. Lola And The Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins- Lola has a boy friend and has a good life and an crazy , spunky, sassy wardrobe but when her neighbor Cricket comes home she has to set her life aside and decide if she still has feelings for him.  Going Vintage by Lindsey Leavitt-  Mallory boyfriend cheats on her with a girl online .Mallory goes off technology and follows in her grandmas foots steps. Mallory takes the goals her Grandma wrote in 1962 when she was in high school and makes the goals for herself. However when a cute boy and her sassy sister come in her path will she be able to Finnish her goals.

Natalie Whipple (http://betweenfactandfiction.blogspot.com) is a gem of an author. Her book Transparent and it's sequel Blindsided are amazing a very fun reads. However I have House of Ivy and Sorrow and the cover is amazing I haven't read it yet but I will very soon. Her book Relax i'm a Ninja comes out very soon this year and i'm very excited to read it. If you haven't read her books get them and read them.
